● WWinger highlight video.
A winger's game is pace and a decision: beat the defender inside or outside, then do something with the space that opens up. I frame wide and slow down the touch that beats the defender, so the move actually reads.
The touch that beats the defender.
1v1 take-ons are the signature moment for this position, and they're easy to cut badly: too tight and you lose the defender being beaten, too wide and the touch itself gets lost. I frame to keep both in view, with slow-mo on the moment of the beat so it lands the way it did live.
Cutting inside onto the strong foot, pace in behind a high line, and the final ball or shot that follows: these are the moments that show a winger's full game, not just the flashiest run of the match.
Tracking back matters too. A winger who defends is a more complete highlight than one who only attacks, and I include that work when it's there.
Send game footage along with the player's jersey number and team colors, and I'll build a reel around the full width of the position. I can also film the game myself around Seattle.

About winger reels.
What do you look for in a winger highlight video?
1v1 take-ons, cutting inside, pace, tracking back. Slow-mo on the touch that beats the defender, wide framing so you see the run.
How long is a winger reel?
About 3 to 5 minutes works well, with the strongest plays first, plus a 30 to 60 second cut for social media.
What should I send for a winger highlight video?
Game footage along with the player's jersey number, position and team colors. I can also film games in person around Seattle.
Can a winger reel be used for recruiting?
Families do use these reels on recruiting profiles. I'm not a recruiting consultant, so ask your club coach or director about strategy, and I'll build the video to match what they ask for.
